How to order

Since we are an independent store, we do not have every part in stock at all times. To purchase a replacement part:

  • Your quantity

We will reply within 1–2 business days with:

  • Whether the part is in stock

  • Price (most small parts cost $2–10)

  • Shipping options

If you agree, we will send a payment link (via secure checkout) and ship the part within 3 business days.

Can’t find the part you need?

If a part is not listed above – or if we cannot source it – here are a few suggestions:

  • Wyze official support may offer replacement parts for products still under warranty. Visit Wyze support and ask.

  • Check online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon) – many third‑party sellers offer camera mounts, screws, and cables.

  • Consider a DIY fix – generic USB cables, third‑party wall mounts, and standard screws often work.

A note about part authenticity

Whenever possible, we source genuine Wyze parts (e.g., from bulk repair kits or decommissioned units). If a genuine part is not available, we will clearly label any compatible third‑party option before you buy. You will never receive a surprise substitute.
